I recently had the pleasure of working with Gunner from Plumbing Kings, and I can't recommend him highly enough! He came to our North Las Vegas home to remove our old water heater and install a new one, and the whole process was seamless.
From the moment he arrived, Gunner was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the installation process and answered all my questions with patience. I felt confident that I was in good hands!
The installation was completed efficiently, and he even made sure to clean up after the job was done. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical skill with such great customer service.
Even before the installation, the owner called us to walk us through how to stop any leaking while all his technicians were off/unavailable, giving us the opportunity to have a few more hours of water usage while we waited for our scheduled repair.

Steven runs a very professional crew who is clean, respectful, friendly, and thorough on every job. They take photos, write detailed reports, and follow through on what they say they will do. They have helped us with everything from installing a garbage disposal in a commercial kitchen to snaking drains to rebuilding toilets.

Steven is a true professional of his trade. Extremely knowledgeable, experienced and personable. Did a great job walking me through what was needed to replace my water heater. Had a tech out ASAP and got me back up and running AND up to code. Jordan his tech did a great job on the install, went over everything and double checked for leaks with me right there to verify. I contacted Plumbing Kings regarding a toilet that was leaking at the base and replacing a second toilet that was old, using too much water and leaking at the flapper. Their plumber came out and evaluated both problems. He replaced the older toilet and discovered that the only problem with the other one was that the wax ring had been installed incorrectly. Even though I had told him we would replace both if necessary, he did not try to upsell me on a new toilet when all I needed was a wax ring. The cost was reasonable and I am very pleased with the results.
